    While strengthening and manual therapy are great techniques, certain things just can’t be replicated. When it comes to learning new movement patterns to improve pain levels, Pilates is there to support and teach you. Reformers are an integral part of how we get you moving optimally.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

  • ANYONE can benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy. It can range from high performance athletes to pregnant or recently postpartum women.

  • Some common reasons to seek pelvic floor physical therapy are: pelvic pain with or without sex, urinary leakage, child birth prep, postpartum return to exercise/daily life needs, or improve athletic performance, etc.

Cash Based Clinic

Insurance shouldn’t dictate how many visits you are allowed or how often per week. We make treatment plans based on your ideal care to be able to better service you and get you where you want to be.

Physical therapy shouldn’t be you doing exercises taught by an aide for 30 minutes while your therapist is busy with 2 other patients. If higher deductible plans mean higher out of pocket costs, make that money count. Spend it on quality 1-on-1 care for 1-hour sessions in a private facility with an experienced therapist.
