Revive Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Specialists is a physical therapy private practice that is dedicated to treating the entire patient. No matter the age, injury or condition, RevivePTRS wants to return each patient to their goals of full function. In a world filled with monetized driven healthcare, RevivePTRS is looking to return the focus of treatment to the patient.

Abbey and Nikki first bonded over their passion for pelvic floor, orthopedics and wanting to create a private practice for the active patient. Abbey was a new mother returning to the workforce, and Nikki was looking for the perfect fit for the next step of her career.

RevivePTRS shares space with Quest Performance Training, a high-level private new training facility owned by Abbey’s husband, Coach Q. He has opened multiple group locations over the years. After the birth of their child, Abbey and Q wanted to fulfill their second lifelong dream of opening a facility that could house any and all services for every athlete. Once the timing aligned between their two worlds and the space was acquired, “Headquarters” was born.
